Build a Home
You'll Love
Custom Built homes designed around your land, your lifestyle and the way you want to live.
More Than Picking Finishes Off a List
A custom home shouldn’t mean choosing option A or option B from a builder’s catalog. It should mean building the house you actually pictured.
Maybe that’s a kitchen big enough for the whole family to cook together. A primary suite that feels like a retreat. A home office where you can shut the door and focus. A mudroom that keeps the chaos contained. Or a covered porch where you’re planning on spending every evening from April to October.
Whatever it is, we build around it not around what’s easiest for us.
What We Take Care Of
Building a home from scratch means a lot of moving parts, and we coordinate all of them, so you’re not left juggling five different contractors. Depending on your project, that includes:
- Site preparation and foundation
- Framing
- Roofing
- Windows and doors
- Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Insulation and drywall
- Flooring, cabinets, and countertops
- Painting and trim
- Exterior finishes and final details
We manage the process from dirt to move-in day, keeping the different stages of the build moving together instead of stalling out waiting on each other. 4L Construction is a custom home builder in Crockett, TX and surrounding areas.
How The Process Works
STEP 1
We Talk About Your Ideas
What you want your home to feel like, how it needs to function, and what matters most to you — before construction begins.
STEP 2
We Review the Plans
Whether you already have blueprints or you’re still in the planning stages, we’ll talk through your project, your property, and what will be needed to move forward.
We Build
Foundation, framing, roofing, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall — the home takes shape.
STEP 4
You Pick the Finishes
This is the fun part. Flooring, cabinets, countertops, paint, fixtures, and trim — the choices that make it look and feel like your house.
STEP 5
Final Walk-through
Before you get the keys, we walk the finished home with you and go over everything, top to bottom.
